What is the purpose of Memorial Day? Today’s painting will remind to pause and remember and be grateful for those who gave their life in service of our country – and that it’s not wrong to honor those who came back alive. We will honor our WW2 veterans. I actually filmed this at The Great Passion Play with the original painting.
