A young man and his faithful companion are eager yet wistful as he leaves behind everything familiar to him and faces difficult and risky choices, venturing into uncharted territory. As he looks back toward the cabin in the valley, he remembers the many blessings of a good home and wise instruction to follow the Lord. His uncertain pathway offers a beautiful view of the world, with all the options that appeal to us. Will he decide to follow the Lord as he seeks his purpose in life through a new job or new relationships? The loving, ever-present Christ casts His shadow across the path as He waits to direct his steps. He has promised He will never leave us and will guide us to our intended purpose and destination. Are you following His loving counsel and instruction?
