Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.
2 Corinthians 9:15
The beauty and peace of this simple mountain scene is a gift from God’s own hand. Can you see the gifts within that gift? The quiet stillness of new-fallen snow invites the viewer to come closer. No one else is there; the silence is a refuge. The pure and untouched lawn symbolizes His heart of love. A cross tops the tree, reminding us He gave His only Son to save the world. The nearby dove speaks of His Spirit’s invitation to come and take the priceless gift of God that waits. Will you choose the path that leads away from His gift of life and blessing? Or will you unwrap His matchless gift and follow the path beside the tree that leads to the warmth, light and fellowship of the church? Have you opened your gift of salvation through faith in Christ?
